Missions is the sending of people by the body of Christ across cultures in to local, national and international locations and areas where Christ is not treasured and where God is not worshipped.  This Gospel-driven work is for the purpose of the Great Commission - making disciples, baptizing them, and teaching them to obey all that Jesus commands.

I’Ching Thomas
I’Ching, her husband Brian, and their son Craig recently relocated to Waconia after serving in Singapore for 17 years. Now based in the United States, I’Ching continues her missionary work with Operation Mobilization International (OM), a global movement of more than 4,500 workers from 125 nationalities serving in over 147 countries, as well as aboard two mission ships.
In her global leadership role, I’Ching helps resource OM’s ministries worldwide, ensuring that teams on the ground are equipped to establish vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least-reached peoples.
Locally, Brian and I’Ching are also launching a new outreach ministry through a bookstore in Waconia, with a desire to serve their community and share the message of Christ.
Prayer Requests
  • Pray for I’Ching as she travels extensively to support and encourage OM teams around the world.
  • Pray for wisdom, strength, and protection as she serves in her global leadership role.
  • Pray that the bookstore ministry would be established well and become a meaningful place of connection, outreach, and Gospel impact in the community.
