A Message from Pastor Kevin Dibbley"Let Brotherly Love Continue" | Hebrews 13:1-8 Our sermon title for this Sunday is “Let Brotherly Love Continue”. We will be studying Hebrews 13:1-8. We will see that brotherly love is something that requires vigilant tending. One of the great challenges facing Christians is not just sustaining but expanding one’s love for your brothers and your love as a brother or sister in Christ in a world that is increasingly critical, intolerant, and shrinking in its love for others. The late Francis Schaeffer once wrote: “Through the centuries men have displayed many different symbols to show that they are Christians. They have worn marks in the lapels of their coats, hung chains about their necks, even had special haircuts. . . . But there is a much better sign. . . . It is a universal mark that is to last through all ages of the church until Jesus comes back.” Schaeffer was speaking of brotherly love. He also wrote, “Evangelism is a calling, but not the first calling. Building congregations is a calling, but not the first calling. A Christian’s first call is to . . . return to the first commandment to love God, to love the brotherhood, and then to love one’s neighbor as himself.” This Sunday, we are going to look at how to fan the flame of brotherly love in our lives and in our church. We are looking forward to worshipping outside this Sunday at 10 a.m. If it happens to rain, we will still do just one service inside. Looking forward to worshiping the One who is supremely worthy of our love, our faith, and our praise. See you Sunday. Invite a friend!

Landscaping DayMonday, July 21 at 4 p.m. - Monday, July 21, 2025 We’re looking for a crew to help us plant (trees, shrubs, perennials) on Monday, July 21. We have a simple but attractive landscape plan that will nicely complement our new addition, but to afford it, we decided to do the planting ourselves. Even if you can’t stay the whole time, any help is appreciated! Bring shovels, work gloves, and trowels. For more infomation visit:

Construction Update
The glass doors are in, the carpeting has been laid, the new chairs are in the sanctuary and the Ministry Hub is being set up this week! So it will be wonderful to finally be able to use and enjoy the entire building! The builders are working on punch list items to fine tune everything and we expect some ongoing work to fix and patch things. But the vast majority of the work is now complete, so we're getting ready to celebrate! Things left to be done: As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact Casey Campbell, Waterbrooke's construction liaison. |

Get to Know a Waterbrooke Missionary Before She Heads Back to Italy!Meet Karise Pagano We’re thankful to have Karise Pagano, one of Waterbrooke’s sent missionaries, with us for the summer. This will likely be her final extended time in Minnesota before returning to Italy for the long term. After this summer, she anticipates only being at church briefly—just a couple of Sundays in December or March. Karise desires to connect with the Waterbrooke family she represents overseas. If you haven’t had a chance to get to know her yet, now is a great time! Feel free to reach out and say hello, invite her for coffee, or ask her about her ministry in Italy. Let’s take this opportunity to encourage and spend time with one of our own before she heads back to serve the Lord abroad. info@redenti.org |
