October 18, 2020 Beauty Marks of a gospel church."

This week we are going to be in Philippians 4:4-7. This is a well-known passage, but a very appropriate one. The apostle Paul is keeping the Philippian church on mission by reminding them of where their joy comes from, what their posture towards others ought to be, and to seek peace, not by obtaining things, but by a passionate prayer life. What we are going to see this week is that in the middle of a world that is despairing, hostile, and anxious, God is building His church that is joyful, gentle, and peaceful. These are the Beauty Marks of a gospel church. Join us on Sunday as we continue our series through the book of Philippians.
