"He Loves Me? He Loves Me Not?"

"He Loves Me? He Loves Me Not?" by Pastor Kevin Dibbley Romans 8 This Sunday’s message in Romans 8 is entitled: “He Loves Me? He Loves Me Not?” Let me encourage you to read ahead and pray over Romans 8:31-34. Often as Christians, we struggle with feelings of guilt, shame, and abandonment. Can God love His people like the Bible says He does? Can I be sure that God will not forsake me when my love for Him seems at times so weak and fickle? In Romans 8, Paul wants to erase any question of God’s unqualified love for His people so that each of us can live lives of unhesitating love and devotion for Christ. This is a great, great passage of Scripture. Let’s ponder it anew this Sunday.

From Series: "More Than Conquerors"

Our new sermon series is on one of the greatest chapters in the Bible, Romans 8! This series is entitled "More Than Conquerors: Everything Leads to Glory". We are in interesting and unprecedented times and it is crucial for us to understand the absolute security and incredible resources that we possess as believers for negotiating uncertain and difficult times. Won’t you read through Romans 8 several times? I am convinced that if we believe what we read here, we will have peace and we will have the power to live fully engaged missional lives for the gospel. Let’s pray together that the church would move mightily forward at this very hour!
