CloseHave you ever been in a place of life when it seems like you can't catch a break? When there is just one thing after another that seems to come against you and your efforts to faithfully follow Jesus? This is the experience of most Christians. The Bible gives us several reasons for that; one is our own sin and temptations, and another is spiritual warfare. This weekend we are going to jump back into our fighter verses and study together Ephesians 6:10-13. The sermon will be called "Fight Boldly." This passage is the beginning of the apostle Paul's famous "whole armor of God" passage. In this text we'll see that our lives are taking place in the context of a cosmic battle, and that we have the noble task of standing firm in the midst of it. Just like in any battle, we want to know a few things: Who are we up against? How should be fight?
